As part of the D-Dey PMS Free Trial programme, Solanacy Technologies offers eligible users a complimentary professionally built website for their pharmacy or medical store (the "Free Website"). This section governs the terms under which the Free Website is offered, delivered, hosted, and may be transferred.

12.1 — Eligibility

The Free Website is available exclusively to users who:

• Complete a D-Dey PMS Free Trial application on this Website and are approved by Solanacy Technologies.
• Subsequently subscribe to a paid D-Dey PMS plan after the conclusion of the 30-day free trial period.

Merely submitting a trial application does not guarantee eligibility. The Free Website offer is conditional upon conversion to a paid subscription.

12.2 — Delivery Timeline

Upon confirmation of an eligible paid subscription, Solanacy Technologies will deliver the completed Free Website to the user within 20 (twenty) calendar days. Delivery is subject to the user providing necessary business information, branding assets (if any), and timely responses to Solanacy's onboarding queries.

12.3 — Hosting & Subdomain

The Free Website will be hosted at no additional cost on a Solanacy-managed subdomain (e.g., yourpharmacy.ddey.in or similar). Hosting on our subdomain is provided free of charge for the duration of the user's active D-Dey PMS paid subscription.

12.4 — Hosting Continuity & Recharge Policy

The Free Website will remain active on Solanacy's servers for as long as the user maintains an active paid D-Dey PMS subscription. In the event of non-renewal or lapse of subscription:

• The Free Website will continue to remain live for 90 (ninety) calendar days following the subscription expiry date, as a grace period.
• On the 91st day after subscription expiry, the Free Website will be taken offline (deactivated). No prior notice is guaranteed, though Solanacy may attempt to notify the user via registered contact details.
• If the user reactivates or renews their D-Dey PMS subscription at any point after deactivation, the Free Website will be restored and made live again within a reasonable timeframe, at Solanacy's discretion.

12.5 — Source Code Ownership & Purchase

The source code of the Free Website remains the intellectual property of Solanacy Technologies unless explicitly transferred. Users who wish to own the source code outright — for example, to self-host, modify, or migrate to a custom domain — may purchase it directly from Solanacy under the following conditions:

• Source code is available for purchase at a discounted price of up to 50% off Solanacy's standard development rate, as determined at the time of the request.
• Source code is not provided free of charge under any circumstances. It must be purchased separately from the hosting arrangement.
• To initiate a source code purchase, users must contact Solanacy Technologies directly at [email protected].
• Once the source code is transferred, the user assumes full responsibility for hosting, maintenance, and all future modifications. Solanacy's hosting obligations under this section cease upon transfer.
• A user who owns the source code is free to self-host for life, on any platform or domain of their choosing, without any further obligation to maintain a D-Dey PMS subscription for website continuity.

12.6 — General Conditions

• The Free Website is a gift offer and is not exchangeable for cash, credit, or any other service or product.
• Solanacy Technologies reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Free Website programme at any time for new applicants, without affecting users who have already received a delivered website.
• The design, structure, and content of the Free Website are determined in collaboration with the user but are subject to Solanacy's technical and design capabilities.
• The Free Website offer is limited to one (1) website per registered pharmacy or business entity.
• Solanacy Technologies is not liable for any business loss, reputational damage, or downtime resulting from website deactivation due to subscription lapse.
